recommendation is for turning you to blue
but why would you want such a thing. if you've
seen it once you've seen it all. however, a gathering
of the clan can get a member to change color within
a day or few. at least for me personally if you sit in
1 spot long enought might notice a visible difference
within a matter of minutes.

but getting back to the rec thing
i was thinking more like an evaluation type
like for example to determine how much
you like someone or how their..what's the
word...affection.

you start out with 10 points of affection
each time you do something bad 1 point
is subtracted from it. so in order to view
somebody's affection level towards you
or by just simple looking at their status.

i say when the morales are high you should
get the maximum amount of points whereas
when times goes by without any good deeds
those points should be depleted.

It won't work that way in LA2 community. Ppls will always find a way to make it higher than it should be... So there won't be any points of it. Btw, some updates before recommendation was called "evaluation"
I just like that colour of blue. I want nor coolness nor authority. And besides there's no priveleges for 255 rec in total.
And 3 of them always dissapear at 1 p.m so as recs restored for new recommendation to be done. So it is a hard job after all.

this 255 thing you can cheat to make it happen
but on the other side of things how can you
cheat of what player A is feeling about player B
it's just on a personal need to know basis.

i think such system would be found more rewarding
than a cool color. ofcourse i want to know how
my actions or inactions will effect other people of
how they feel about me whether it raises their
morale values or demoralizes them. but anyways,
it's just a thought, i should try and ask nex time.

But feeling is invisible to others. I mean yes, you cannot cheat about feeling (but don't forget about our country where you can buy anything and anybody). But how all others could see that feeling?
You said about some points... How can I see them? If I can see them and can change it, then I can cheat it as well. If it's invisible, then you can't cheat there, but also can't know.
The only thing out of all this - normal reputation and popularity among players. You can't cheat, you only can become server idol or server piece of moron in one sec. But it is not a system of recognition. It's in our heads and no more. And maybe on some screens 'n vids.

Did u guys know say you want blue name on alt on 2nd acc rec that char quike restart rec again can do that 9 times just by restarting

Already got my PV blue like whale, only main has left. Still need ~100 more, will get it in no time

well i knew that did it when i recommended my sweet mate Hollow here
hehe kind of cool i used all my chars to rec him
and restart until i had no more recs on any char

Have they removed the ability to travel for free when u have 255 recs
and i was hoping to get some cheap travels

If only they could GIVE you ability to teleport for free when your rec level is 255... Nope, it vanishes when you are 41 Lv or above.
